Program and consent

A & I Electrical operates A & I Electrical Customer Updates under its registered messaging brand, A & I Storm Roster - Business. These terms cover customer service updates only: service estimate confirmations and changes, job queue updates and scheduling outreach for requested electrical service. Consent does not enroll customers for storm-worker messages. Marketing and deployment messages are excluded.

You enroll by giving an explicit verbal yes to the office after hearing the program disclosures and public privacy and terms URLs. Providing a mobile number or remaining silent does not enroll you. Consent is voluntary and is not required to receive service.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your service request and scheduling needs. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out of customer SMS messages at any time. You may receive one confirmation, after which customer SMS messages will stop unless you consent again. Reply HELP for help, or call A & I Electrical at 618-497-2220 for support or to request an opt-out.

Scheduling and delivery

Job queue updates describe current status and do not guarantee a start date. Confirm scheduling details with the office when needed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
